Refund policy

At Jaipur Hastkar, every product goes through multiple levels of quality checks before dispatch. We aim to deliver exactly what is shown and described on our website. Please read our Exchange/Return Policy carefully before placing your order.


General Guidelines

  1. No Returns for Preference Issues:

    • Returns will not be accepted if the customer does not like the material, design, or color of the product.

    • We strongly recommend reading the product description carefully before ordering.

  2. Color Disclaimer:

    • We try our best to showcase exact colors, but a 5–10% variation may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution. Such variations do not qualify for return/exchange.

  3. Product Condition:

    • Returns/exchanges will not be accepted if the product is washed, used, or tampered with.

    • Minor issues like loose threads, tussles pulled, or minor fabric variations may occur during transit and can be easily fixed; these do not qualify for return.

  4. One-Time Exchange:

    • Only one exchange per order is permitted.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is accepted only if the customer wishes to replace the product with another product of equal or higher value.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • The customer must bear the cost of return shipping.

    • If Jaipur Hastkar arranges a reverse pickup, charges will apply:

      • Reverse pickup: ₹80

      • New dispatch: ₹70

      • Total: ₹150 (to be borne by the customer).


Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery.

  • The customer must inform us within 2 days of delivery and dispatch the item back within 4 days.

  • Once the product is received and verified, we will process:

    • A replacement (in case of manufacturing defect/wrong item), or

    • A refund (if replacement is not possible).


Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–6 banking days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Customers are required to share bank details for processing refunds.

  • Refunds are not applicable for issues related to preference, minor variations, or used/worn products.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or payment provider first.

Wrong Product Delivered

  • If a product is wrongly delivered, Jaipur Hastkar will arrange a reverse pickup and send the correct product at no extra cost.


Validity

  • Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
