Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days to your doorstep.
In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, or other unavoidable events.

In such situations, our customer support team will proactively keep you informed. Please note, we are unable to compensate for any inconvenience caused by delivery delays.

Order Cancellation in Case of Delay

If delivery exceeds the expected time, customers have the option to cancel their order.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed immediately after successful cancellation.
