Order Cancellation

By Jaipur Hastkar:

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion in cases such as:

Pricing or product description errors
Payment or verification issues
Suspected fraudulent activity

If your order is canceled after payment, the refund will be processed to the original source.

By Customer:

Orders not yet shipped may be canceled and refunded as store credit.
Shipped orders cannot be canceled and will instead fall under the Return Policy.
Decisions regarding cancellations made by Jaipur Hastkar shall be final and binding.

Payment Terms

You confirm that all debit/credit card details or other payment information provided are valid and lawfully owned by you.
Jaipur Hastkar does not store or share payment information except as required for fraud checks or by law.
Jaipur Hastkar shall not be liable for card/payment fraud.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders.
COD is not applicable on orders above INR 10,000.

Fraudulent/Declined Transactions

To maintain security, we monitor transactions regularly. Jaipur Hastkar reserves the right to cancel orders and block accounts in cases of:

Non-response to payment verification requests
Invalid or fake account details
Misuse of vouchers or referral codes
Repeated high return rates or incomplete addresses

Colors & Display
